Creatine

Creatine is an organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to all cells in the body, primarily muscle. This is achieved by increasing the formation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Creatine supplementation is supposed to offer a variety of health benefits, to be neuro- and cardioprotective and used by athletes to increase power output and lean mass.

Also known as: Creatine Monohydrate
