Pycnogenol

Pycnogenol is derived from extracts from French maritime pine bark and is usually standardized to contain 70% procyanidin. 100 mg of pycnogenol has shown to have similar effects to low dose aspirin (80mg) without the damaging side effects of NSAID like straining the stomach or damaging the gut.
